That last sentence is key for me.
Every time I’ve tested using it to summarize anything, it either misses important nuance or simply gets stuff wrong due to mashing parts together without understanding what it means.
Maybe that’s fine for many people, but I can’t see how it is good.
They found that LLMs only saved time with very simple and structured tasks, like summarising meetings or translating texts. However, meeting summarisation could reduce the project manager's ownership, and they found the LLM sometimes added interpretations or slightly changed nuances.
