getting the "groupchats are now available!" notification when I live in an area where DMs are locked off unless I give a social media platform my government ID would be funny if wasn't really fucking stupid.
Don't know what happened to my usual route that has been fairly reliable until this week but it'd be really nice if I didn't have to sit for half an hour or more waiting for a service that's supposed to show every fifteen minutes.
I won exactly one hand in this game that just wrapped but it was an unbelievably rare one (sanshoku dokou AND rinshan kaihou) so I'm feeling pretty jazzed all the same.
The last two busses homebound never showed and another fella waiting at this stop got so fed up he just got back on his bike and dipped.
I drew the fourth 8-sou and thought man. I'm in last place, it's south 4, and I have had no luck all game, I can't kan here. And then I realized, wait a second, what do I possibly have to lose at this point? And then I drew the only remaining tile that would make my hand more than tanyao.

Fortuitously! I never got around to sending them a boost message for the previous work I requested so hopefully I can slip them an extra message of support in there.
Went to submit a skeb this morning only to discover that the artist had turned off requests -and- locked their account since yesterday, I hope they're okay. Feel a lot more worried than I probably should be.
