Not for nothing @elienyc.bsky.social, while I continue to respect your analysis, really not a fan of the deployment of dehumanization of people who use drugs. Yeah, I think regardless of the substance you use your constitutionally protected civil rights should remain available to you.

People keep coming here to say that pot smokers are less likely to shoot people than alcoholics. And I agree. But today's ruling applies to ALL controlled substances.
And while I'm happy to argue that crackheads should also have guns, under this logic, I think fewer people agree with me on that. :)
