FWIW one thing I do with /noclip projects (and at GameSpot) is vet the PRs myself. I'm 100% up front about the hard stuff we're going to ask and if they agree but I sniff that there's going to be any manipulation I back out. I've cancelled projects over it many times.

Everyone knows at some level that access journalism is often closely-controlled by PR, but it's rare in the video game space at least to see it live. And get a glimpse at how absurd it is.
