This weekend in MSP is the Tour de Lucé, the LOTI Pencil Sharpening, Open Streets on Lyndale, and Grand Old Day.
I'm slightly biased, but it's my official opinion that if you're not getting outside and bopping around on a bicycle these two days, you're doing it wrong.
