Web series where the leads are constantly having emotionally open conversations about their needs and traumas, except it quickly becomes clear one of them is wildly mistaken about their own motivations, one perfectly understands themselves but is lying on purpose, and one is just kinda saying shit.
You'd expect pretending that you think "of the Devil" and "We Know the Devil" are the same game in order to annoy people on purpose would be a bit that has a hard time landing, but it turns out that these two fandoms represent a demographic Venn diagram with a very specific overlap.
