Learning to recognize your insecurities for what they are is a skill that trans folks, trans women in particular have to develop.
Someone will always have a 'better' or 'faster' time with their transition than you, but this is not a race, their progress is not your loss. It just takes time babes.
I dunno, y'all. Sometimes I think about how I am one of the four (FOUR!!!) women who have ever written a Justice League comic and I got to have queer women I made up walk through Justice League headquarters like they belong there and my brain short-circuits for a moment.
