I've been feeling pretty like I've been needing to bite my tongue about this lately but honest the final Linux challenge video that LinusTechTips just uploaded perfectly hits the nail on the head for me
If it wasn't for me using an LLM, I would not have ditched Windows as my main daily driver PC
OH MY FUCKING GOD SPYRO 4 IS REALLLLLL
AND TOYS FOR BOB IS MAKING IT AS WELL
ITS FUCKING HAPPENING
AHHHHHHHHHH
Perfect example, Nisha's .blend would not open on Linux, it would just flat out crash. Same file, same Blender version, worked completely fine on Windows.
Instead of spending hours troubleshooting, a few minutes walking the LLM through the crash logs it gave me a python script to fix it, and it did
Like just knowing that if something went wrong, and it did many times, I would not have to waste HOURS trawling through forum posts/reddit threads trying random suggestions that most of the time didn't work for me
I'm not saying I completely support using it, believe me I sure don't fucking love that an SSD I bought not even a year ago is now triple the price
But at the same time, I'm also not so closed minded to say that it doesn't have SOME good uses, its genuinely helped me in solving real problems.
Like how are you supposed to look at any of the art design when the lighting is so overblown and every goddamn surface has fucking raytracing on it
it's just so noisy
Have you watered your Toby Fox plant today?
Guess it's time for one last hurrah
No one told her pregnancy would come with 'side effects'
Belated Mayternity piece of a soon to be mumma Nisha struggling to fit into one of her old bras, didn't think those snilkers could get any bigger!
