Anthropic beating OpenAI and Meta would be a good thing for the world and if they get crushed by the US government it won't be something to be happy about
Feel like people aren't really interested in the political dimension of Trump vs Anthropic but it's because they've refused to let it be used for automated targeting and surveillance. Which is good! It might be a bit Alien v Predator but I've not seen anyone really paying any attention at all.
Today there will be an Israeli real estate fair, apparently including West Bank settlements. Disgracefully, it is being held in a London synagogue. Quite reasonably, people are going to protest the event. Inevitably, that protest will be framed as antisemitic. All totally predictable.
