Excited that this paper, led by former PhD student Natalia Varela (based on her dissertation), is now out!

Another great week at the Climate and Cryosphere Open Science Conference in Wellington. Enjoyed facilitating the Paleoclimate sessions with three other ECRs & got some useful feedback on our work reconstructing oceanographic conditions in the Ross Sea during Pleistocene interglacials 🇦🇶 #NSFFunded
Great study that provides insight into ocean oxygenation during a past warm climate 🤩
A great week in Wellington at the International Sedimentological Congress where I presented my Miocene record of bottom water changes at ODP Site 1123. I enjoyed learning about all of the research being done using sediments from around Aotearoa and connecting with researchers from NZ and overseas.
