I don't think people have talked enough about how unreliable and inconsistent Meteorology forecasting has been due to budget cuts in the NWS and NOAA.
Weather is notoriously unpredictable, however I've noticed more than ever just how much 90% rain change ends up as no rain this year and vice versa
