A man arrested over the weekend on suspicion of making threats to kill other people has pleaded guilty to telecoms offences. The 35-year-old was arrested in the early hours of Sunday morning, and appeared before the Magistrate's Court today, where he was remanded in custody until 4 June. The court heard that Nico Roger Dormer of no fixed address has been in the island working as a carpenter.
