i think its fine for the skill navigation reason. but idk does it bug anyone else, am i crazy
right now those personal skills are at the end of the list, and i THINK that's the right place. it means all the other skills stay in the same slot for your class partner so it's easier to quickly navigate. buuut it does bug me a little that like, Sycophant costs less than Boundless and yet: under
characters come in class pairs with slightly different takes on each skill due to jam rules. so, Erick gets Blade Leap (strike + buff own AGI) and Martina gets Blade Hone (strike + buff own LUK). in the second half, you'll get personal skills/passives that are 100% unique.
and how i set it up -- really simple! JS in the alt text. i'm only doing this on one character currently but this is pretty easy so i'll probably start using it more often. should work on gear passives too.
