Amongst those renewing their vows were Bob and Maureen (pictured) who will celebrate 60 years of marriage in August. Bob was 22 and Maureen 24 when they got married!

Ripon Cathedral hosted their annual Golden Wedding Service on Sunday, June 7, celebrating couples who have been married for 50 years or more. The joyful celebration gave couples the chance to renew their vows, reflecting on and celebrating their married life.
Historic building professionals from across England gathered at St Oswald's Askrigg in the Ripon area for a study day examining the conservation and repair of the church's nationally recognised tower project.
