Biking on Humboldt Blvd. through Humboldt Park used to be a chore that felt quite unsafe. Thanks to CDOT for these protected bike lanes with raised crosswalks at pedestrian crossings. Too bad the protected lanes don't extend north of North Ave. to at least the 606 Trail.
