Here are some highlights of the tentative agreement: - No minimum salaries in contract lower than $65k, minimum salary increases for many positions - KMHD hosts in particular get a nearly 30% increase retroactive to July ’25 - Guaranteed yearly increases of at least 3% for all 3 yrs of the contract
