I find this sufficiently amusing
Are y'all ever partway thru a good take while recording, and then a quiet inner voice is like "haha what if you biffed the next note. Ha, what if u biffed the next one, or this one, or this one, hee hee"? It's not that I doubt myself- more just that I'd rather not re-do it. This awakens the saboteur
if you're getting into or out of a chair and the standard "uf-da" doesn't quite cut it may I recommend the slightly enhanced "hoof-da-ba" that just came out of me. The aspirate onset and extra syllable should help to fully express your musculoskeletal experience in the moment
