"You know what the kids in 2001 love and will definitely understand? The satirical writings of Jonathan Swift." (Reebok, 2001)
Every "new" "Tobacco is whacko (if you're a teen)" ad I find makes me more convinced it's supposed to be a reverse psychology thing. (anti-smoking ad paid for by a tobacco company, 2000)
It's neat seeing a Final Fantasy VII ad from back when it was just the new Final Fantasy game and not the cultural behemoth with its own spinoffs, sequels, prequels, movies, remakes, spinoffs from remakes, ect. (Final Fantasy VII, 1997)
Everyone's bonked out. (Chocolate flavored Bonkers candy, 1986)
An ad that screams "we want to keep riding the massive wave of publicity we got from ET, but we don't want to actually bother to license ET." (Reese's Pieces, 1985)
That (if you're a teen) bit at the end seems a little out of nowhere until you see who sponsored this. (double faced smoking PSA, 2000)

"Mommy, how did you and daddy meet?" "Well honey, I paid $3.00 for a dating guide I saw in a comic book." (dating guide, 1983)
Long love apple and cherry! (Hostess Fruit Pies, circa 1977)
