Extremely hot June-July days are on the rise at nearly all of the #WorldCup stadiums. This is a dangerous decision that puts fans at risk. “They are saying water is essential to the players’ safety. But for the fans, they are saying water is not essential, it is a commodity."
Clean and beautiful? More like deadly and expensive.
