This is an actual five alarm fire. I get that everything is on fire. I get it. But vulnerable children depend on special education services. Interrupting and/or weakening the enforcement of providing these services would be catastrophic for families.

The Trump administration is systematically trying to destroy public education. Vulnerable students will be hurt the most, particularly those in special education programs.
Transferring department functions like this — without congressional approval — is also illegal. (1/2)
