Had a phenomenal morning touring El Cerrito Plaza TOD construction! They’ve been adding modular units for just 2 weeks and will finish adding them Monday.
It blew me away to tour a unit that had been added two days ago. It had been trucked to the site with the kitchen and bathroom nearly complete!
