People genuinely do not understand what this product is. It's a tuned interface to Claude that writes the code to create the feed for you. You tell it what you want in the feed and it generates (and runs) the code for it. The "AI" part is the code generation.
Having used it, the difference between this and Graze is that Attie can have a simple feed working with basically no time or effort, whereas Graze makes building complex things with intention easier.
Bluesky has found a use for AI that empowers regular people to have more control over social media online. This is a good thing. Get over your weird reactionary revulsion to anything AI.
no joke: @retr0.id's toilet post was – and remains to this day – the clearest and most unambiguous illustration of the atproto privacy situation that I have seen (until we get permissioned data) it was really helpful to see it within a month of arriving 😅 (and yes I did actually look up my like 🤓)
Good morning, Bluesky 🌞 Here’s a little reminder: You’ve got this. One breath, one step, one win at a time
I think this kind of uncompromising, principled passion has a better chance of convincing haters than [the appearance of] accommodation or deference. "this tech gives you power, take it or it will be taken from you". and it has the bonus of not rewarding the whining behavior
So disappointing how AI has become right-coded among (mostly American) leftists here. It's a huge mistake to cede the AI discourse to the right.
Wtf, @attie.ai is #2 on the top total blocks on @clearsky.app, above even ICE (!) 🤯 Imagine hating a newly launched app for building custom feeds more than a modern age Gestapo that shoots people in the street or puts them in concentration camps… some people here really need to rethink some things
But if you _do_ want some AI help, Graze has an LLM you can prompt to build you a feed as well! Graze's LLM & feed builder also provides some explainability since you can look at the blocks that the LLM generates for you.
